			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wow with low numbers still no winners.  This lottery though should be 100 million, as adding a paltry 3 million per roll over is a joke.  What is the house take on this garbage?  They pay out only 413 k and it goes up 3 million which is like 1.5 million in real time money.  And if there take is 60% that means only about 4.5-5 million in sales? IN New YOrk? That sounds low.  Vultures.</p>]]></description>
