Time is running out for a Virginia Lottery player who bought a winning Mega Millions ticket in Virginia Beach. The ticket is worth $175,000 until 5:00 PM Thursday, when it expires.The ticket was purchased for the November 14, 2003 drawing at General Booth Citgo, located at 1896 General Booth Blvd. in Virginia Beach.
