			<description><![CDATA[<p>Let me understand this story.  What the legislature is doing is outlawing certain themes to lottery games?  My guess would be like scratch games?  So no more instant blackjack themed games.  Just scratch and match?  Or no video lottery like in Delaware, the legal name for slot machines, and video poker.Advise, I&#x27;m going to be in California next month, (never been before) and am all confused.</p>]]></description>
