			<description><![CDATA[<p>But it&#x27;s for one day only. If 1101 attracted 0.7% of all plays and 1010 attracted 1.3% of all plays (vs. an expected norm of 0.1% for any number) most of the rest of the numbers will have percentages below the norm, in which case the total payout percentage for that particular game (Pick 4 Straight) would be below 50% should any of those numbers hit. And you can be sure the Michigan Lottery (or any other lottery for that matter) won&#x27;t make a major news dvent out of that.</p>]]></description>
