			<description><![CDATA[<p>Frankly, I feel some states are just made to win these jackpots, every once in a while, some of the smaller states might have a winner. Powerball states like Missouri, Minnisota, Pennsylvania,  New Hampshire....these states really tend to have a high number of winners...and while I am at it, i may as well add South Carolina to it....SC has had three winners in just over a years and all of these winners were from North Carolina and all of them were claimed by winners (two married women) and I gue... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/news/89086/225984">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I hate to Whine.... :-)&#x3e; The ticket from this Memorial Day&#x3e;weekend drawing is the second&#x3e;winning Powerball jackpot ticket&#x3e;sold in Pennsylvania in three&#x3e;weeks. &#x3e;  Tom and Jim Hare are&#x3e;Pennsylvania&#x27;s fifth Powerball&#x3e;jackpot winners since the state&#x3e;joined the multi-jurisdictional&#x3e;game in June 2002.But it has been a Loooooooooooong time since anybody has won in Wisconsin... boohooo!MarkP</p>]]></description>
