			<description><![CDATA[<p>So there is no reliable method to obtain Texas Lotto tickets on-line?  We&#x27;re really missing the boat on Texas and California. ( Though Todd has informed us that they will be available at some point in the near future through  Playlot .) ...and I do not understand the line: ....ranking second in the nation under the multi-state Powerball drawing  in the above article.  Is that referring to record jackpots for the respective lotteries</p>]]></description>
