			<description><![CDATA[<p>Jeez what took them so long. Michigan&#x27;s experiment with this so called game only lasted about 6 months. The main problem with that game is, in high volume stores such as Wal-Mart, Meijers, Krogers ect., it was impractical to do. Not to mention the computer generated number breeds suspicion. Another factor was the paltry payoffs.
