			<description><![CDATA[<p>This cracks me up as far as I know Maryland lottery officials and the local news didn&#x27;t even televise that they had a winner even though it had been some time since a Lotto jackpot was won. Lottery personnel didn&#x27;t post the press release until June 1 probably because it was a holiday weekend. of course it could be that the ticket was purchased by a traveler or the person or people who won are contemplating different ways of remaining anonymous.</p>]]></description>
