The Mega Ball is gold color, and yes, it can be the same number as one of the first 5 (white) balls. It is selected from a separate tumbler.

I was told that the mega ball is a different colour.does this mean a mega ball could be the same number as one of the other 5.Sorry for my ignorance. I have dial-up or I'd download a draw and watch it. Or is the mega ball from the same balls only in a coloured tube. Someone told me the ball was gold so.. (am I mislead
