For me, $21 million ($11 million) is a lot more than $5 ^_^ (which is the usual amount I play every drawing for megamillions

Tonight I asked a friend to consider playing the Powerball when it is under 100 million and he told me he would rather wait until it was around 100 million and that he doesnt want to get in the habit of wasting his money on small lottos. Well, it is his money...lol
