			<description><![CDATA[<p>perhaps you should start a poll.  i think that if the state doesn&#x27;t offer a jackpot lotto game, then yes they should.  i personally think they should because the odds are good, and the jackpots can reach multi-million dollar levels.</p>]]></description>
