			<description><![CDATA[<p>I agree with Todd.Why would anyone agree to a 20 year contract without an escape clause for anything, let alone a charity? If you want to give money, make it clear you will give what you want when you want - if you want to give for 20 years do so but be under no contractual obligation to do so. This shows that if you win, you should be very careful about what you say and agree to.</p>]]></description>

People should not rush to give their money away after a big win; they should exercise careful consideration and perhaps wait six months or a year before making any big donations.
