			<description><![CDATA[<p>That is all PC and stuff but this just speaks then to the point that the more you play the better chance you have at winning.  I am sure a guy like this and the Mass guy who gave away his ticket play hundreds a week.  I am a 28 yr old male and have pounded certain games ($1000) a pop a few times.
