ohio wants to do this game too.they a.took survey and suggested that the tic tac toe would come about..I hope not..like above poster..there alot of ways to lose.

According to their site it's an RNG game.I also don't like the idea that you can catch 4 of 8 and get nothing:X X -- F XX - - (there are other combos also)while someone can catch 2 of 8 (any 2 surronding the free middle) and get $2 for $1.Even worse, catch 7 of 8 but be unlucky to miss a corner instead of a middle and only get $200 (5 lines) instead of $2000 (6 lines).Of course it's moot in my case since I don't live near Kentucky (Boston, MA).

A kid's game - tic tac toe - is the Kentucky Lottery's newest online offering.Tic Tac Cash debuted Monday, the first game of its kind nationally, lottery officials said.
