			<description><![CDATA[<p>The owner of a winning Mega Millions lottery ticket claimed a multimillion-dollar prize Friday, ending two weeks of uncertainty.The identity of the winner, however, remains a mystery.Lottery officials announced Aug. 20 that the winning ticket for a $52 million jackpot was sold at a Shaker Heights store.  Lawyer Dennis Siciliano claimed the treasure as trustee for the ABC Blind Trust.  But Siciliano&#x27;s client the real winner has not been identified.
