I am happy that another Ohio resident has won. I hope that I will be the next one. I believe a trust is the way to go and would like to know how to contact the TRUSTWORTHY attorney to learn how to go about it.

Do any other states have so many cities taxing lottery winnings? NYC residents pay city tax on lottery prizes.

I wonder if using a blind trust to collect the winnings effects the amount of city taxes paid. My city doesn't collect taxes on lottery winnings, dividends and pensions.RJOh

The owner of a winning Mega Millions lottery ticket claimed a multimillion-dollar prize Friday, ending two weeks of uncertainty.The identity of the winner, however, remains a mystery.Lottery officials announced Aug. 20 that the winning ticket for a $52 million jackpot was sold at a Shaker Heights store. Lawyer Dennis Siciliano claimed the treasure as trustee for the ABC Blind Trust. But Siciliano's client the real winner has not been identified. Siciliano could not be reached for comment.Mard...
