			<description><![CDATA[<p>Three-quarters of Ontario&#x27;s 8,200 lottery machines weren&#x27;t working Sunday night.It was the second time in five days the service has crashed.A spokesperson for the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says it was not known what caused the system problems that started early Sunday, but the corporation was working to get them back up and running.On Wednesday morning all the lottery machines across Ontario crashed, but the lotteries played that night went ahead as planned.</p>]]></description>
