			<description><![CDATA[<p>They should put ads on the TV about this sort of thing.  The reason it keeps going is that most elderly people watch TV instead of being on the internet, etc.  If public service announcements were made on the T.V., this sort of thing would most likely be nipped in the bud.</p>]]></description>
