Thought the lottery wouldnt succeed? When you take in a dollar and you pay out say 50-70 cents that is a no brainer to me. I dont know what states like north carolina and mississippi are waiting for. Its amazing how stupid some states are and how the public continues to blow money on the lottery. Me included
