			<description><![CDATA[<p>also if you read that rule it&#x27;s refering to the maximum total payout for the set prizes (100k, etc) not the jackpot. read part 6.8 to see the grand prize limitations. there you will see it says  When the Grand Prize reaches a new high annuitized amount  it&#x27;s limited to a 25 million gain - now that&#x27;s 339 million. which i doubt will happen</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>no that&#x27;s if it hits the maximum jackpot which is 339 million - the difference goes to the second prizes (a very lame set up). The prize has gone up by more than 25 mill since the rule changes in 10/9/2002. jack whitiker ( or what ever his name is) can vouch that the pot has gone up more than 25 mil after the rule changes.
