drawing average is 6.8...I'm sure some of these were people that might have purchased more than one draw on the same set of numbers thinking it would roll over again

The jackpot in the multi-state Mega Millions lottery grew to $12 million Wednesday.None of the tickets sold for Tuesday's $10 million drawing matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball.
