nah. i think that north dakota, as well as south dakotam would be good candidates for a pick 3 or pick 4 game. another idea would be for the two lotteries to combine forces.

The only kind of in-state jackpot game that would be right for ND is a pick-5.

i am thankful of that, but dventually, the players are going to want non-multi-state games, such as pick 3, pick 4, and an in-state jackpot game.

Minnesota won't lose much business to North Dakota as long as ND is prohibited from selling scratch tickets.

The North Dakota Lottery has taken a bite out of Minnesota Lottery Powerball sales in border cities, according to a Minnesota Lottery official.Still, sales of scratch tickets -- which are not sold in North Dakota -- have kept several Moorhead retailers near the head of the pack for overall Minnesota lottery game sales, research analyst Todd Maki said from state lottery headquarters in Roseville.Sales on both sides of the Red River remained brisk Wednesday as players bought numbers for Wednesday
