If You are right Cash it's better so, I believe that it should NOT be allow financing any kind of Religious School or any other religious institution from any kind of religion

ID has a significant Mormon population, since it borders UT.

i would rather play lottery and pay into a school fund than to pay on a school levy. that school district is going to get an ear full if they ever try to get a levy passed! buy some uniforms....equipment for the band......aaarrrrrgggghhhhh

During these tough budget times, schools don't often pass up a check for $10,000.
