			<description><![CDATA[<p>powerball has the trademark of  america&#x27;s game . they also have the patent on the multi-state game, so i&#x27;m guessing mega millions is paying the MUSL quite a bit of money. the MUSL should have patented the game style as well. that way, mega millions wouldn&#x27;t be able to use the same game style.</p>]]></description>
