powerball has the trademark of america's game . they also have the patent on the multi-state game, so i'm guessing mega millions is paying the MUSL quite a bit of money. the MUSL should have patented the game style as well. that way, mega millions wouldn't be able to use the same game style.

Phokas:Actually, I believe they DID trademark the phrase America's Game . If another lottery attempted to use that phrase, they would be violating the trademark.
