i live here in tennessee,i think maybe just maybe he might've had all five numbers but didn't have the powerball numbers,there could be a good chance he was a 100,000 dollar winner...........but no ticket,no money.......

The winning ticket was sold in PA for 213 million, how this guy is going to prove he had a winning ticket when there is no record of it for that state is beyond me

the loteries keep track of the winning tickets in their database. if they did not sell a winning ticket, then he did not have a winning ticket. i wonder how it would play out if in fact he did have a winning ticket.

He probably had some sort of special strategy for pickin the numbers. That still wont hold up in the court. They are going to look at him like he is crazy. He didn't buy the ticket......too bad, so sad.

The lottery has no knowledge of this tickets existence. They dont have any record of a winner. How could he have had a winner? I think he is just crazy. hahaBrad
