			<description><![CDATA[<p>Aren&#x27;t options 2 and 4 in the poll identical (save for one word which doesn&#x27;t change #2&#x27;s meaning)?At least in MA this year the $2 ticket has a $400 prize (usually for the holiday ticket their top non-reporting/redeem anywhere prize for $2 has been only $200). No $10 holiday ticket this year.Other than that, I&#x27;ve not seen much difference here between holiday tix and the rest of the year.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well, it&#x27;s that time of the year. Holiday scratch-offs are out. What do you think of them? Personally, I hate them for several reasons. I never win on any of them. I hate how they all have the same theme every year. I especially hate how PA&#x27;s $20 scratch-off doesn&#x27;t guarentee a prize on every ticket this year. I also hate those gift packs (I hear PA may come out with another one.) in which the cost is $5, but you&#x27;re lucky to get back $1. Also, retailers will carry them until June.
