i know some states have it where the lowest prize is higher than the cost of the ticket.

Yes, i know, But we dont have good payouts at all, im not talking top prizeWinning $5 on a $5 ticket is like 1:7 or somethingCOME ON its a fricken x-mas ticket, designed like an xmas card for a presentWI lottery, also switched to RNG.

remember that a lot of states offer lower top prizes so they can have more winners because holiday instant tickets are meant more to be gifts.

remember that some lotteries won't release all of their holiday games at once. That way, by the holiday season, players will not get tired of the games.

Aren't options 2 and 4 in the poll identical (save for one word which doesn't change #2's meaning)?At least in MA this year the $2 ticket has a $400 prize (usually for the holiday ticket their top non-reporting/redeem anywhere prize for $2 has been only $200). No $10 holiday ticket this year.Other than that, I've not seen much difference here between holiday tix and the rest of the year.

Well, it's that time of the year. Holiday scratch-offs are out. What do you think of them? Personally, I hate them for several reasons. I never win on any of them. I hate how they all have the same theme every year. I especially hate how PA's $20 scratch-off doesn't guarentee a prize on every ticket this year. I also hate those gift packs (I hear PA may come out with another one.) in which the cost is $5, but you're lucky to get back $1. Also, retailers will carry them until June. Granted they m... [ More ]
