			<description><![CDATA[<p>Orangeman,I didn&#x27;t have the  8  anywhere because the other numbers I had dominated in the method I use.It&#x27;s difficult to explain in a brief paragraph because I use many things to arrive at what  should  be the best numbers.First, I take the number that came in 10 draws back for the Evening Draw. In this case, it was 7-6-9.  From study, I&#x27;ve found that at least one of those digits will hit about 70 percent of the time.
