TN seems to be averaging out to 10 doubles a month. So they should get technically 3 more doubles by Nov. 30th. In states where they have 2 draws, the average has worked out to be around 8 or 9 per game ..midday or nite. so the total doubles for a state with 2 draws would be 18 at least. So it is kinda like 3:1. So for every three non doubles, 1 double will fall.
