Thanks Win_D,I have never broke the drawings down percentage wise before. I guess it is just the law of averages at work. I'm just shocked there is so little deviation between the states though.retxx, the last post I made comparing the states was tad bit more time consuming than I intended it to be. I don't mind making the lists, but breaking them down further (at least, for now) is something I won't be doing again until curiosity gets a better hold on me again.Sorry, I couldn't help,Bryan... [ More ]

I have always figured a rate of around 10 % per year for repeats. Figure each state will only meet its average on Triples each yr. of around 3 ..... so each state should have around 7 trips in their list left over each year. On the 120 six way chart you figure that 10 % or more will exceed the 2.2 hit average per yr. So thats another say 12 to 20 6 way numbers 90 doubles total and they hit on average of around 98 times per yr. If you Figure a 10 % repeat rate here it only accounts for a... [ More ]

At the moment i have too many things lottery related going at once and it's starting to get confusing tracking all this stuff.

What i think might be a good idea now is to find the popular pairs and doubles. See which ones come the most and work them into our picks. And play a few no hits when they come up in the workouts.

four4me,I merged the two MD files together and then boxed them and they come up to 49 no show combos. Right there with the rest of the pack. There has got to be something to that. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I will. Maybe when I figure it out, it will be helpful. Thanks,Bryan

Alright, I pulled these out at random. These are the combos that have not been seen in either game (mid or eve) of the state. After using the merged files the number of combos raised somewhat, but still very close. GA had 54 no shows, IL had 56 no shows, KY had 55 no shows and MI had only 47. I only looked for the single digits to see if there were any matches among the 4 states. There were none in all four states but I did find these.GA/IL had 059 in common as no shows.GA/KY had 237 in common a... [ More ]

Bryan, thanks for the info...follow-up on the 825 in IL...hasn't come in straight in either draw since before 1/1/98. Boxed about a month ago.If Chipp from IL reads this, he knows how many IL combos are out for the year. I wonder if it also falls in your 50 combo range

I understand four4me, I'll be waiting to see how many combos MD has out when you repost. If I was a betting man I would say about the same amount as you had posted earlier.John,I'll have to check that out. When VB does their database update I will merge the files of mid and eve of a few states and see what is left. Obviously, several triples will be on all the list, and some doubles, but if the single digit combos are showing up on the all lists as well, that would be really surprising. I'll have to double check that list i posted it occurred to me that this information might be cross referenced with the evening draws and a number 335 was not in the list and it hasn't came out this year so I'll redo the list and post it after I double check some stuff.

Any mathematicians want to try their hand at explaining why, when I do these list, the combos that haven't shown for over 365 drawing tend to stay right around the 50 combo mark? I have done about 6 of these list for various states and drawings (mid, eve) and they have all ranged between 48 to 52 combo's that haven't come in for the year. I find that very interesting. Any thoughts? Anyway, someone requested that I post a list of the OH midday no shows, so here they are.
