			<description><![CDATA[<p>statistically speaking are the numbers that come in on the rng show any different pattern than the numbers that show up in the states that use the ping pong balls?  for instance do doubles,triples,etc. show up more or less in ping pong states in the pick 3 or 4 drawings than they would in the computerized states</p>]]></description>
