they have been losing revenue for a while. look at their in-state jackpot games. the annuity amounts only go up by $0.1 million each draw, and it takes WI 6-10 draws to get past $1 million. the badger 5 jackpot starts at only $10,000, and it takes weeks without winners before the jackpot gets worthy of playing.

wisconsin and missouri both were computerized here recently does anybody see them losing revenue
