However the winning number doesn&#x27;t care which state it hits. It&#x27;s all about the odds of the game and the selection of numbers drawn.Yesterday I saw a news broadcast and they were showing some peoples ticket purchases and the play slips they were filling out. The first three tickets people had all the numbers filled out from 1 to 26 and no numbers above 27.
