Time to start playing 12 and 23 -- both numbers not drawn since July. 12 has also not been drawn as a Powerball in the last 100 drawings (along with 29 and 36). Gotta love that stats page

This could be a good Mystical topic. Todd posted his findings on November 20th, the day of Draw 222, regarding the number 53 in Powerball. It was only the second draw after when it showed up, November 24th, Draw 223 . Did the increased visibility of the number, the increased number of people thinking about #53 cause it to show up more often? Visualization stuff that I don't know if I believe in.

Yes, 53 got hot all of a sudden. Featured in the last two draws, and 3 of the last 7.

Megamillions has the number 40 out since 3/5/04.......it was the megaball in may! I was just tooling around the Statistics page, and found that in Powerball the number 53 has not been drawn since March 3rd of this year - more than eight months ago! Check it out here. Also, in the last 50 Powerball drawings, the numbers 7 and 53 have not been selected at all.
