I think in Illinois you can purchase tickets through the mail but only if you are in Illinois. What's the difference between living in the state and living across the border in Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, or Wisconsin

I dislike PA Lucky for Life - but not because it's annuity. I dislike it because you can't advance play it. I only travel into PA once every 2 weeks to buy Powerball and PA Match 6. I would like to play the Lucky for Life but can't play for more than 1 drawing at a time.

I had to do a take off of your post FastEddie. I don't know if this has been asked because I'm new to the site, but my least favorite goes to the KY Tic Tac Cash game. I can't stand computerized draws because I think their rigged.
