It's interlay up to you to play within your means. If you think the number will hit straight then it would be better to play it straight. If you think it will hit boxed then it's best to play it that way. I think they set it up like that to give people who might play a lot of numbers different options.I personally don't like the combo play because of the cost. When for the same 6 bucks I could win 3000 dollars if my number came out straight. For that amount. Or i might buy 5 tixkets for the stra... [ More ]

to four4me and all you guysso, basically, it is better for us to play 6-way box than 6 -way combo, because we have 6 chances to win but it cost only $1 for 6-way box, on the other hand, it cost $6 for 6-way combo, but still only 6 chances. The only different is the winning amount.so, I think we should play 6-way box, right guys

By golly i think you've got it.Remember you may also ask the ticket seller any questions about the payout information. It kills me that they don't have a cost on their website for a 50/50 play. thats 50 cents boxed and 50 cents straight which should pay $290.00 if your number came out straight.

Using the bet amount of $1.006 way box cost $1.00 match any order. The $1.00 covers the 6 positions for box payout 6 way combo cost $6.00 match any order. That is a $1.00 wager on each of the 6 positions for straight payout

6-WAY BOX: your play 123 come out in any order you get paid $40Match 3 numbers in any order 6-WAY COMBO: you play 123 you win $250 Play all 6 combinations of 3 numbers and match in any order Think of a combo play as playing it boxed and straight on the same ticket. Here in Maryland it's called the same thing only we get 290 for the win 250 for the straight hit and 40 for the boxed hit.

6 way box means if the number comes out in any order you get paid for a box hit. This is a 50 cent ticket worth 40 dollars if you win.6 way combo means you get paid for the straight no matter how the number comes out as well as the box hit. This ticket costs 3.00 and you win 250.00they are two seperate plays.
