			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you increase the matrix, it doesn&#x27;t necessarily mean harder to win overall. If Powerball became 5/55+1/40, and they added a free ticket prize for matching 2 white balls, then the overall odds would be 1 in 11. Just 2 behind Hot Lotto&#x27;s 1 in 9.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;d keep things the way they are.  Not only does making the jackpots higher make it harder to win the jackpot, but it makes it harder to win overall, so they should not change the matrix.</p>]]></description>
