as long as you havent physically signed an agreement, with pen and paper, you cant be charged. anything online can be done, as long as no one sent you an agreement by mail, and you sign it, then its a problem. if you did any gambling they cant do anything to you.people who get into trouble sign paper and thts the hook

four4me takeitez,It is definitely illegal in the USA to utilize offshore gambling. That is fact, unless you live in Vegas or AC, and even then it is probably illegal (since they are not licensed in the USA).There are an absolute ton of offshore gambling places, and they take more money from USA customers than anyplace else, but that does not make them legal. I have been playing for years and have no problems. I use Netteller to transfer funds. puts the money in my nettell account and they use ETF to my bank. When I withdraw money it is in my bank account within the hour. I have not withdrawn any from lotto but I also place other wagers with .good luckez

There are 365 plus Costa Rican online sporting/betting websites and is in the top ten sites to bet on. There are no laws that I'm aware of that prohibit playing/betting on sports or lotteries off shore. Many of these off shore betting websites might not be trustworthy. No, it's not. As I stated in that thread They are running their own lottery, not buying tickets - so technically it's not legal in the USA. I don't think anyone is going to come to your house and arrest you, but that's also what a lot of music swappers thought before the music industry slapped them with lawsuits.You should at least know the facts before you play at .
