All States Pick 4 11/26 Card System

I used my playing cards to predict for all states Pick 4 (and pick 3) for today. I shuffled 3 times, and dealt out a Tic-Tac-Toe. I then used the TTT to give me the 8 tickets. We shall see how well the playing cards work!The 8 pick 3 and the 8 pick 4 tickets are listed on the Predictions Page for all states.After I had the 8 pick 3 tickets I just added the first digit of the next number to the end of the pick 3 number to make it a pick 4.
