The 2-digit repeat has skipped 45 times in a row. Very, very unusual for that to happen in California. Here is my chart showing skips between 2-digit repeats: 0= 30 1= 15 2= 18 3= 10 4= 16 5= 10 6= 6 7= 7 8= 7 9= 6 10= 5 11= 2 12= 4 13= 4 14= 2 15= 3 16= 3 17= 4 18= 0 19= 1 20= 0 >20= 10Going back to November of 2002 when California started the twice a day drawings for Pick 3, there were only 2 times that the 2-digit repeat skipped a long time.
