			<description><![CDATA[<p>I do both LOTTOMIKE. If I have a good solid hit that I know will fall, but can&#x27;t pinpoint where, I do all states. If I&#x27;ve been tracking a hit in one particular state and all my filters show it&#x27;s due, I go for that one state. You just have to tinker with it and find what works best for you and your budget. That is the most important thing, to bet smart and  let your money work for you</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I find that playing states with 2 draws a day is easier than the 1 draw a day. For me, it&#x27;s equal opportunity for hitting in any state (I find no state is easier to hit than another)  I do however see trending with how many draws the number is out in relation to the amt of times that it hits afterwards in order to get back into  balance  and it&#x27;s a little easier to predict what number will repeat back</p>]]></description>
