			<description><![CDATA[<p>You&#x27;ve got to put it all in perspective.  I think the 6/59 will stay around for a while, at least 2008...that&#x27;s only three years.  I like to consider the 6/59 a challenge, not an impossible obstacle. Right now it&#x27;s a much better jackpot deal than Mega Millions.  I play for the jackpot, not the smaller prizes, so I couldn&#x27;t care less the payout percentages on match 3/4/5.  On NY Lotto tonight, for $1 I&#x27;ve got a 1 in 22 million chance of hitting $28 million. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>The NY Lotto game was changed from 6/51, one play per dollar, the week of 9/11, to the current 6/59, two games for a buck. If you know me, the real problem with NY Lotto is the terrible payback. What kind of game is it if you win your lousy dollar back for matching three numbers in a 59-number game</p>]]></description>
