			<description><![CDATA[<p>you have a few good ideas (especially the 6/66 one). you should try to pitch those ideas to states.   the only thing is that annuities have longer periods now. states are moving to 30-year annuities because they can get more money out of the same amount of cash, or less cash required for a certain annuity amount.</p>]]></description>
