			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sandy,There are built-in functions for those things.For example, for the median of a cells a1 - a2000, you would use =MEDIAN(A1:A2000).  Same for =AVERAGE(A1:A2000).  For  skip average , I&#x27;m not sure what you mean.</p>]]></description>
