			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello Everyone,I&#x27;m still a newbie at the pick 3 lotto. Been doing alot of strange things with thenumbers any way. I was pairing them up and then I had an  aha  moment. But I&#x27;m writing this to find out if this is  new  which I doubt it because alot of people been working with the pick 3 for years. Anyways I found that by doing this...........00,01,02,03,04,05,06,07,08,09 for all the numbers down to90,91,92,93,94,95,96,97,98,99, I would have the first two numbers to be drawn 100% of the time!
