			<description><![CDATA[<p>Below is a list of numbers from illinois that had pairs of 7&#x27;s in them. Immediately following the 7&#x27;s in most cases pairs of 2&#x27;s followed. I also see a lot of combinations of 21 and 71 following most of the pairs of two&#x27;s as well as pairs of 6&#x27;s.  I think that it didn&#x27;t pan out in only one instance in &#x27;04. Anybody have any ideas?
