			<description><![CDATA[<p>There are a lot of states that have well designed websites and a lot that don&#x27;t. I like the ones that list the amount of winners for the draws and the payout. Like PA.  States who have a searchable data base and a down loadable data base. Maryland has a down loadable data base but is not up to date. To search for a number you have to manually go through each year month by month to look for a number that might have hit.
