			<description><![CDATA[<p>That&#x27;s a pretty big question to ask.  But the only real answer is to go to Ion&#x27;s site and read the posts and you&#x27;ll be able to figure it out.  Especially Mdieditor, cause it&#x27;s windows it is really quite easy to understand and use.  It even has a help file.  That alone should be enough.  Good luck.  But if you really want even more powerful software, use Ion&#x27;s Pick632 or lotwon99 for 6-49.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>hey because i am new to lottery programs and i recently found the MDIEditor and lotto and i try to use it. Can any one pls help me on how to set the filters? I mainly use the ANY and VER filters both min and max levels but i can&#x27;t get no more than 3 out of 6.</p>]]></description>
