rrosser,John and I were referring to something different than a player's club. It was a proposed measure to let anyone play the Georgia lottery over the internet. In my opinion, it was dead from the start, but John disagreed, so we wagered a $20 bet (if memory serves). I'm close to winning the entire bet (the bet was structured over time) because, as I envisioned, the Senators knew that it would not pass legal muster, which is why they have not, and will not, bring it up for a vote....
