			<description><![CDATA[<p>rrosser,John and I were referring to something different than a player&#x27;s club.  It was a proposed measure to let anyone play the Georgia lottery over the internet.  In my opinion, it was dead from the start, but John disagreed, so we wagered a $20 bet (if memory serves).
