Powerball:Don't be so sure about not taking the lump sum. There have been many discussions about the cash/annuity issue.Also, I would NOT play NY Lotto because the prize return is ONLY 38%-40% of sales.

Those links on the side...are they real? Like if I use this link to play New York's Lotto and win would it be a legit ticket? I always thought those were scams.I really wouldn't mind playing Euro Millions.
