If NY and FL traded lottos, the FL players would boycott it IMO. NYers just don't care they're getting $crewed.

You can definately tell that NY Lotto was made for big jackpots and not lower tier prizes. If they raised the percentage to 60%, or even 50%, it would be much better, if not better than Florida Lotto. And it takes a lot for me to admit that (I'm a FL native, and literally grew up with FL Lotto).
