			<description><![CDATA[<p>Connecticut is reporting 21 first-prize winners on last night&#x27;s Match 5 drawing.  Normal payout is $100,000.  Pari-mutuel payout this time is $16,290.  The numbers: 10-15-17-18-19.  It doesn&#x27;t seem to me like 21 different people would choose those numbers, especially when no one wins for weeks on end.  Who would buy 21 tickets, all the same number??  Then again, if you did you&#x27;d be taking home $342,000, not $100,000.Strange...</p>]]></description>
